KENYA BEACH TRAVEL BOOKING CONDITIONS |

| (A) | The company, and its agents only
act as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to safaris, hotel accommodation, diving,
fishing, mountain climbing, sightseeing tours, and transportation, whether by aircraft, rail,
road, motor coach, ship, boat, or any other means, and shall not be liable for injury,
delay, loss or damage arising from any cause, and in whatever manner howsoever.

| (B) | The company's
liability to passengers carried in it's own vehicles is governed by the respective laws of
the country in which the tour takes place, and no other country; all claims are subject
to jurisdiction of the country in which the cause of action arises.

| (C) | The company reserves
the right to employ subcontractors to carry out any part or all of the service agreed to
be supplied, and in the event of the exercise of such right, the terms of clause (A)
relating to company liability shall apply.

| (D) | The company reserves
the right to alter arrangement of the route, or to cancel the operation of a
scheduled tour or accommodation should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline, or retain any persons
as a member of any tour at any time, in which even equitable costs will be refunded.

| (E) | A 40% payment on
confirmation of booking with the balance to be settled 10 weeks before commencement of the
tour. If a reservation is made within 10 weeks before departure, the whole amount must be
paid at the time of confirmation. All tour prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Credit cards
such as MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

| (F) | Refund on all prepaid money will be based on the cancellation fees levied by respective hotels/lodges and service providers, (i.e. 40% charge on cancellation on or 65 days prior, 80% within 35-64 days and 100% within 34 days). | ||||
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES While every care is taken, you shall ensure that you have obtained adequate travel insurance cover against personal accident, medical expenses and loss of your baggage. |
